Corporate Paralegal – Fixed-Term Contracts

About the role
We are looking for three Corporate Paralegals to support a US law firm’s corporate team on fixed‑term contracts. The positions are based in London and offered on a hybrid basis, with two 12‑month and one 6‑month contracts.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare corporate documentation and ancillary transaction documents, such as board minutes, written resolutions, and maintain statutory registers and minute books.
- Conduct legal and corporate due diligence, manage the virtual data room and produce diligence reports and checklists.
- Prepare and maintain closing checklists and transaction bibles, and coordinate statutory filings with Companies House and other registries.
Required profile
- TC’s (training contracts) already confirmed with a comparable US or City law firm.
- Demonstrated experience or a strong interest in Private Equity and M&A transactions.
