Corporate Recruiter – 6‑8 Month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to support a well‑known organisation during a six to eight month maternity cover. The role will involve managing a high‑volume recruitment pipeline across multiple corporate functions while working in a hybrid model (1‑2 days in the Watford office).

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end recruitment process for Finance, IT, Marketing, Property, Legal, HR and Procurement roles.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and provide expert recruitment advice.
• Source high‑quality candidates directly using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools.
• Manage agency relationships where required and coordinate interviews, offers and onboarding.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Support the business through a significant increase in hiring volumes from October onward.

Required profile

• Proven in‑house or agency recruitment experience across corporate functions.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting Finance and IT positions (essential).
• Background in fast‑paced, customer‑focused sectors such as retail or hospitality is desirable.
• Strong direct‑sourcing and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.

What we offer

• Competitive salary range £32,000‑£38,500 per annum.
