About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Solicitor with at least one year of post‑qualification experience to join an exceptional firm in Colchester. The role offers full flexible working, autonomy, and strong support for progression and learning.

Key responsibilities

Manage a varied corporate law caseload, including mergers and acquisitions.
Handle company reorganisations and commercial contracts.
Provide commercial property advice where required.

Required profile

Minimum 1+ years PQE, preferably with commercial property experience.
Demonstrated ability to work on diverse corporate matters.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
