About the role
We are partnering with a highly reputable law firm seeking a Corporate Solicitor with 2 years post‑qualification experience. The role will be based in the Ipswich and Chelmsford area and offers a flexible working arrangement.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with corporate transactions including share purchases, sales and reorganisations.
- Draft and review commercial contracts and shareholder agreements.
- Prepare ancillary documentation required for transactions.
- Support senior partners on complex deals and contribute to client advisory work.
Required profile
- Qualified solicitor with at least 2 years PQE in corporate law.
- Strong analytical and drafting abilities.
- Commitment to a defined career path with ambition to progress towards partnership.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
