About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Solicitor with up to three years post‑qualification experience to join our team in Wiltshire. The role offers exposure to a broad range of corporate work within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

Manage a varied corporate caseload including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and commercial contracts.
Support senior lawyers on complex transactions and contribute to high‑quality client service.
Develop and maintain client relationships.
Collaborate closely with colleagues across the team to enhance technical and commercial skills.

Required profile

Up to 3 years PQE as a corporate solicitor.
Strong team player with excellent client management and communication abilities.
Proactive, organised, detail‑focused with a positive attitude.
