About the role

We are seeking a newly qualified Corporate Solicitor to join our Chester office, offering the chance to work on a diverse range of corporate matters within a supportive team.

Key responsibilities

Manage a varied corporate caseload including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, advisory work and commercial contracts.
Support senior lawyers on complex transactions and contribute to high‑quality client service.
Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery.
Collaborate closely with colleagues across the team to enhance technical and commercial expertise.

Required profile

Up to 3 years post‑qualification experience (NQ+).
Strong team player with excellent client management and communication abilities.
Technically proficient with solid drafting skills and commercial awareness.
Proactive, organised, detail‑focused and eager to take on new tasks.
