Corporate Tax Adviser

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Tax Adviser to join a well‑established professional services firm. In this position you will provide expert corporate tax advice, ensure compliance, and develop effective tax strategies for a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on corporate tax matters to a range of clients.
• Prepare and review corporate tax computations and returns.
• Offer strategic tax planning services to optimise client outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
• Assist clients during HMRC audits and act as liaison.
• Research complex tax issues and deliver practical solutions.
• Support the wider tax team with technical expertise and knowledge sharing.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Required profile

• Professional tax or accountancy qualification (e.g., ATT, CTA, ACA, ACCA).
• Strong technical knowledge of corporate tax legislation and compliance.
• Experience providing tax advice within a professional services environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven track record of managing client relationships effectively.
