Corporate Tax Business Manager (Hybrid)

About the role

We are recruiting for a Corporate Tax Business Manager to join a leading accountancy and business advisory firm in Milton Keynes. The role offers hybrid working and the chance to work with a diverse portfolio of owner‑managed businesses, corporate groups and international organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of corporate tax clients, delivering high‑quality advisory and compliance services.
• Review complex corporation tax returns and computations.
• Lead advisory projects including restructuring, group planning, transactions and international tax matters.
• Support partners with business development initiatives and identify value‑adding opportunities.
• Mentor and supervise junior tax team members.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and professional intermediaries.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA and/or CTA qualification.
• Significant experience in corporate tax within an accounting practice.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and portfolios.
• Excellent communication and business development skills.
• Commercial, proactive approach with experience supervising or mentoring staff.

• UK corporate tax compliance.
