Corporate Tax Manager

About the role

A leading firm of Chartered Accountants in Brighton is seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Manager to manage a varied portfolio of corporate tax clients, providing compliance and advisory support while developing junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Managing a diverse portfolio of corporate tax clients across a range of sectors
• Delivering corporate tax compliance and advisory services to a high standard
• Reviewing corporation tax computations and returns prepared by junior staff
• Supporting business development activity and building client relationships
• Mentoring and supporting the development of junior members of the tax team

Required profile

• CTA and/or ACA/ACCA qualified, or qualified by experience
• Previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
• Strong technical corporate tax knowledge, including compliance and advisory work
• Proven experience managing client relationships and a busy portfolio
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to support and develop junior staff
