Corporate Tax Senior - Advisory

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Tax Senior to join a leading chartered accountancy firm. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality tax compliance and advisory services to a diverse portfolio of corporate clients, working within a supportive and dynamic team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert tax planning and advisory services, identifying opportunities for tax savings and risk mitigation.
• Manage a portfolio of corporate tax clients, ensuring accurate and timely compliance.
• Prepare and review corporate tax returns, computations and supporting documentation.
• Conduct tax research and stay updated on legislative changes to ensure compliance.
• Assist in developing and implementing tax strategies to optimise clients’ positions.
• Liaise with HMRC and other authorities on behalf of clients.
• Mentor and support junior team members, fostering their professional growth.

Required profile

• ATT, ACA, ACCA, CTA qualified or equivalent; candidates studying towards these qualifications are also considered.
• 3‑5 years’ experience in corporate tax within a professional services firm.
• Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical ability, attention to detail and proven project‑management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication, able to explain complex tax matters clearly.
• Proactive, client‑focused approach with a commitment to high‑quality service.
