Corporate Tax Senior

About the role

We are looking for a Corporate Tax Senior to join a well‑established accountancy practice in Glasgow. You will work hands‑on delivering high‑quality compliance and advisory services for a diverse client portfolio across many industries.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review corporation tax returns for owner‑managed businesses to larger corporates.
• Assist with tax planning and advisory projects.
• Manage client relationships, respond to queries and provide proactive support.
• Support junior team members through training and work review.
• Liaise with HMRC and other stakeholders on behalf of clients.
• Ensure compliance deadlines are met to a high standard.

Required profile

• ATT or CTA qualified (or working towards qualification).
• Strong experience in corporate tax compliance, ideally within a practice.
• Exposure to tax advisory projects (desirable).
• Hands‑on approach with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
