Corporate Tax Senior

About the role

We are looking for a Corporate Tax Senior to join our growing Leeds tax team. This permanent, full‑time position offers the chance to work on a varied client portfolio, develop advisory expertise and take ownership of tax projects in a supportive practice.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare corporation tax computations and returns for a range of clients.
• Manage day‑to‑day relationships with your own portfolio of OMBs, SMEs, entrepreneurs and private groups.
• Respond to client queries and provide practical tax guidance.
• Assist with corporate tax advisory, planning, acquisitions, disposals, restructurings and group reorganisations.
• Identify tax planning opportunities and support managers on complex assignments.
• Stay up‑to‑date with changes in legislation and HMRC guidance.

Required profile

• Previous corporate tax experience within a UK accountancy practice.
• ACA, ACCA or CTA qualification, or actively working towards one.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage your own workload.
• Good communication and client‑management skills.
• Ambition to develop advisory experience and progress to management.
