Corporate Tax Senior Manager - In House

About the role

This senior position offers the chance to work in a fast‑growing, technology‑driven professional services firm, delivering UK corporate tax advisory and compliance to high‑profile clients. You will combine deep technical knowledge with client relationship management and project leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships for a portfolio of UK corporate tax clients.
• Provide technical oversight of corporation tax returns and tax accounting provisions.
• Advise on complex tax matters, ensuring proper documentation.
• Lead Pillar Two reporting projects and support transfer‑pricing work.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve efficiency through automation and AI.
• Manage multi‑stakeholder projects with tight deadlines.
• Deliver technical training and share knowledge across the tax function.

Required profile

• ACA and/or CTA qualified.
• Approximately 8+ years of UK corporate tax experience in practice, industry or an outsourced environment.
• Strong knowledge of UK tax legislation and tax accounting under UK GAAP and IFRS.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle or Hyperion is beneficial.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and an interest in process improvement, technology and AI.
