Corporate Tax Senior Manager

About the role

We are partnering with a respected accountancy and advisory practice in Surrey to hire a Corporate Tax Senior Manager. In this senior, autonomous role you will lead the corporate tax function, manage a portfolio of corporate clients and help shape the firm’s tax service offering.

Key responsibilities

• Manage your own portfolio of corporate tax clients and oversee workflow planning.
• Support wider tax advisory services for existing and new clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular contact and meetings.
• Coach and develop team members, contributing to their quality of work.
• Identify new business opportunities and assist with revenue targets.
• Support senior leadership in running and improving the tax section of the business.

Required profile

• Tax‑qualified or part‑qualified (CTA, ACA, ACCA, CA or equivalent).
• Significant corporate tax experience gained in a practice environment.
• Strong technical research ability and confidence handling complex tax issues.
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills.
• Commercial awareness with a proactive approach to business growth.
