Counterbalance Forklift Driver – £14/hr in Bedford

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our Bedford warehouse team. You will play a key part in keeping the flow of goods moving safely and efficiently while supporting daily warehouse activities.
Key responsibilities
- Operate counterbalance forklifts to load, unload and move stock across the warehouse.
- Assist with picking, packing and order preparation tasks.
- Maintain high standards of health and safety and ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Perform routine checks on equipment and report any issues.
Required profile
- Valid, in‑date accredited counterbalance forklift licence (no in‑house licences).
- Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse environment.
- Physically fit and able to perform hands‑on work.
- Reliable, punctual and a strong team player.

- Warehouse picking and packing.
