Court of Protection Solicitor (NQ‑3 PQE) – Swindon

About the role

We are seeking a Court of Protection Solicitor (NQ‑3 PQE) to join our Property & Financial Affairs team in Swindon. The role offers hybrid working and the chance to develop specialist expertise within a nationally recognised practice.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the management of Property & Financial Affairs Deputyship matters.
• Prepare Court of Protection applications and annual Deputy reports.
• Support clients in budgeting, property transactions and payments.
• Administer Personal Injury Trusts.
• Build relationships with clients, families, case managers and external professionals.
• Attend client meetings and site visits as required.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales.
• 0‑3 years post‑qualification experience or a strong interest in Court of Protection work.
• Excellent communication and client‑care abilities.
• Strong drafting, organisational and analytical skills.
• Proactive, collaborative approach and ability to manage competing priorities.
