Court of Protection Solicitor – Remote (UK)

About the role

G2 Legal Limited is seeking an experienced Court of Protection (COP) Solicitor to join its award‑winning team. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in the UK while delivering high‑quality legal advice and exceptional client care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide specialist legal expertise on mental capacity and publicly funded matters.
• Manage your own COP files with support from the wider team.
• Maintain the firm’s client‑focused ethos and high standards of service.
• Engage with clients regularly and contribute to the firm’s growth as new offices open.
• Supervise or sit on the Mental Capacity (Welfare) Panel where applicable.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with solid experience in Court of Protection work.
• Demonstrated passion for mental capacity law and publicly funded cases.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a collegial team.
• Desire to develop further as the business expands.
