About the role
Prospero Teaching is partnering with a range of secondary schools in North London to provide cover supervision on a flexible, day‑to‑day basis. You will step into classrooms when the regular teacher is absent, delivering pre‑planned work and maintaining a positive learning environment.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise classes in the teacher’s absence.
- Deliver pre‑set work and keep students on task.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively.
- Provide support to students and uphold a positive learning atmosphere.
- Follow each school’s policies and procedures.
Required profile
- Right to work in the UK.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
- Two professional references covering the last two years.
- Enthusiastic, reliable and able to work flexibly around your availability.
Required skills
What we offer
- Daily rate of £100‑£130, dependent on experience and qualifications.
