Cover Supervisor – Flexible Supply Teaching in Bracknell

About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to support a growing number of secondary schools in Bracknell. This flexible, supply‑teaching position allows you to choose the days you work while gaining experience across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver pre‑set work and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Keep students engaged, focused, and motivated.
- Support pupils where needed and follow school policies.
- Adhere to safeguarding procedures and school rules.
- Build confidence in varied classroom settings.
- Provide clear feedback to teaching staff.
Required profile
- Recent UK classroom experience.
- Strong behaviour management and communication abilities.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
