Creative Designer – Integrated Campaigns

About the role

We are seeking a highly creative Designer to join our collaborative team, working on integrated campaigns and brand projects across digital, social and print channels. The role blends strong visual craftsmanship with strategic thinking, allowing you to generate ideas and bring them to life at a high standard.

Key responsibilities

• Develop high‑quality visual assets for social media, digital platforms, print and broader campaign work.
• Contribute to creative ideation, providing visual concepts and references during the development phase.
• Translate ideas into polished design solutions that are platform‑appropriate and audience‑focused.
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, art directors and other creatives to deliver integrated, cohesive work.
• Maintain rigorous attention to typography, layout, composition and visual detail.
• Stay current with design trends, visual culture and platform behaviours, adapting work as needed.
• Take ownership of projects, working both independently and as part of a team, and respond to feedback to refine outcomes.

Required profile

• 4–7+ years of design experience in an agency or brand environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high‑quality visual design and creative thinking.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and work autonomously.
• Collaborative mindset and proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Solid understanding of design fundamentals such as typography, layout and visual hierarchy.
• Experience designing for social and digital platforms, with knowledge of format specifications.
• Basic familiarity with motion or video editing tools is a plus.
