Creative Lead – Experiential (Associate Creative Director)

About the role

We are seeking a Creative Lead – Experiential to drive the creative vision for immersive, live‑event and digital campaigns. Reporting to senior leadership, you will head a growing in‑house design team and work closely with commercial, production and marketing colleagues to deliver experience‑led projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and inspire a multidisciplinary design team, raising the overall quality of work.
• Develop insight‑driven concepts for experiential campaigns, immersive experiences, branded content and integrated marketing.
• Collaborate with production and commercial teams to ensure ideas are ambitious yet deliverable within budget and timelines.
• Present creative concepts to clients and senior stakeholders, supporting new‑business pitches.
• Shape creative processes, workflows and standards to improve collaboration, quality and efficiency.
• Oversee projects from brief through to final delivery, ensuring exceptional execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading creative teams in an agency, experiential, events or immersive environment.
• Strong design background with a solid understanding of visual craft and execution.
• Portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns, experiential projects or immersive experiences.
• Ability to generate big ideas and roll up sleeves to bring them to life.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Commercial mindset with experience balancing creative ambition against budgets and delivery constraints.
• Passion for culture, innovation and memorable audience experiences.
