Creative Producer (Weight Loss Content)

About the role

Eucalyptus, part of Hims & Hers, is looking for a Creative Producer with a strong Art Director streak. You will own the visual craft and direction of Weight Loss creative, from concept and look to shoot and edit, setting the quality bar for the studio. The role is hands-on and high-output, working at pace and volume while keeping craft sharp.

Key responsibilities

• Art-direct the look, feel and quality bar across video and static creative for Weight Loss campaigns.
• Concept performance-led ideas rooted in what works: hooks, angles and formats.
• Plan and run shoots, direct talent and the on-camera bench, and steer edits to a finished standard.
• Create master assets that the Manila team and AI expand into hundreds of variations.
• Partner with strategists and designers/editors to turn ideas into finished, on-brand assets quickly.
• Help shape the studio's visual identity and creative standards as it scales.

Required profile

• A strong portfolio of performance and/or brand creative with a clear eye for art direction, composition, type and visual craft.
• Production experience: planning and running a shoot, directing talent, taking an idea to a finished asset.
• Understanding of social-native, direct-response creative and what makes an ad convert.
• Bias for output and iteration, and comfort directing people and collaborating with strategists and editors.

Required skills

• Editing and design: Premiere Pro / After Effects, Figma / Adobe CS or similar.
• Ability to set the standard, jump in and unblock others.
