Credit Controller – Part‑time (4 days) – Travel Industry

About the role

We are seeking a part‑time Credit Controller to join a growing travel business in London. The role supports cash‑flow health, client relationships and the overall management of accounts within a fast‑paced, collaborative finance team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage aged debt and conduct regular debt chasing via phone and email.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage timely payments.
• Send statements, communicate outstanding balances and allocate payments accurately.
• Monitor credit limits, flag potential risks and support invoicing processes.
• Assist the wider finance team with administrative and operational tasks.

Required profile

• Previous experience in credit control, accounts receivable or a similar finance role.
• Confident communicator with the ability to develop professional client relationships.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel.
• Experience using financial systems.
