Credit Documentation Analyst - French speaker

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Credit Documentation Analyst to join our Credit Platform Services team. In this role you will draft, verify and maintain credit documents, supporting smooth credit operations across multiple EMEA platforms while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, maintain and process client documentation using internal systems.
• Verify credit documents and perform signature, capacity and authority checks.
• Respond to queries related to systems, documentation and client information.
• Provide basic customer‑service support to understand and address client needs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve credit operations and support automation initiatives.
• Contribute to an inclusive team environment and assist in conflict resolution.

Required profile

• Experience or equivalent expertise in drafting credit documentation.
• Fluent French language skills.
• Basic proficiency with computer technology for task execution and communication.
• Ability to manage conflicts within teams and support cross‑functional collaboration.
• Strategic thinking to research issues and identify opportunities.
