Credit Risk Support Analyst – Credit Middle Office

About the role

Join the Credit Middle Office team to support the end‑to‑end credit lifecycle for Private Banking and Wealth Management clients. You will partner with Lending Advisors, Credit Executives, Underwriters and Mortgage Solutions teams to ensure accurate, policy‑compliant credit operations and data management.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and maintain credit lines in corporate and Private Banking systems in line with Credit Policy.
• Support credit portfolio management, including annual reviews, exception monitoring and data maintenance.
• Produce and own Credit Risk and Regulatory reporting, including the Master CRRT.
• Maintain critical client credit data across systems with high accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve ad‑hoc credit‑related issues raised by Credit Executives or Capital Advisory.
• Identify process‑improvement opportunities and propose re‑engineering solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to implement system, policy and procedural changes under Change Control standards.
• Contribute to strategic projects and initiatives.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in credit, middle‑office operations or financial‑services support.
• Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication across all levels and geographies.
• Control mindset with sound business judgment and risk sensitivity.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (formulas, data analysis).
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with Alteryx, Python or Tableau (preferred).
