About the role

Join Chipotle’s restaurant team as a Crew Member, where you’ll help prepare fresh, responsibly sourced food and deliver a friendly dining experience. No prior experience is required – we provide comprehensive training for every station, from grill to cash register.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare menu items by hand, following Chipotle’s food‑safety standards.
• Operate the grill, prep stations, salsa bar, and cash register as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dishwashing and sanitation tasks.
• Provide courteous, fast service to guests, answering questions and handling transactions.
• Support teammates by restocking supplies and assisting during peak periods.

Required profile

• Friendly, enthusiastic attitude with a passion for serving customers and teammates.
• Willingness to learn cooking techniques and restaurant procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language of the location.
