Housekeeping Porter – Luxury Hotel

About the role

Join the renowned Jumeirah Carlton Tower in London as a Housekeeping Porter. You will support the housekeeping team in delivering the high‑standard service expected by luxury‑hotel guests.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, corridors, public areas and back‑of‑house spaces.
• Collect and dispose of trash and recycling from all designated areas.
• Transport clean and soiled linens between the laundry facility and housekeeping zones, ensuring timely delivery.
• Restock housekeeping carts with toiletries, cleaning products and guest amenities.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for extra towels, pillows or toiletries.
• Maintain and clean housekeeping equipment, reporting any faults to supervisors.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Leadership or team‑working experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
