Critical Incident Responder (Affiliate)

About the role

HealthHero is seeking CISM‑trained counsellors to join its Critical Incident Response team as independent affiliates. You will deliver trauma‑informed debriefings for corporate clients, helping employees recover after critical events.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver critical incident debriefings for corporate clients, both onsite and remotely.
• Provide timely trauma‑informed support to employees following critical events.
• Maintain accurate electronic clinical records for each session.
• Collaborate with HealthHero’s affiliate network to ensure consistent service quality.

Required profile

• Registered counsellor with BACP, UKCP or NCS and holding a CISM qualification.
• Proven experience facilitating critical incident debriefings and working with trauma‑affected individuals.
• Experience in safeguarding and risk management.
• Strong organisational abilities and clear verbal and written communication.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Competence using electronic clinical record systems.
