CRM Business Analyst – Remote (UK) – up to £47K

About the role
A well‑established organisation is seeking an experienced CRM Business Analyst to support a major CRM transformation programme. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and implementation partners to gather requirements, improve processes and deliver scalable CRM solutions that enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Gather and document business and technical requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.
- Produce user stories, process maps and functional specifications.
- Perform fit‑gap analysis and identify process improvements.
- Support CRM solution design, data migration and integrations.
- Work with delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage stakeholder communications and project documentation.
Required profile
- Proven experience delivering CRM transformation projects.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Strong business analysis, requirements gathering and workshop facilitation skills.
- Understanding of CRM integrations, data migration and Agile delivery.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Experience using Azure DevOps, Jira or comparable tools.
