CRM Manager – Multi‑Channel Customer Lifecycle Lead

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing, digitally‑led D2C ecommerce brand to find a hands‑on CRM Manager. You will own the multi‑channel customer communication strategy, driving engagement, retention and revenue across email, SMS and other owned channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, build and optimise multi‑channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, lifecycle communications).
• Design, implement and maintain automated customer journeys using Klaviyo.
• Develop and execute segmentation strategies to boost conversion and retention.
• Analyse campaign performance, run A/B tests and deliver actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Brand, Performance and Ecommerce teams to ensure cohesive customer experiences.
• Produce regular CRM performance reports and identify continuous improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a fast‑paced ecommerce or D2C environment.
• Hands‑on expertise managing CRM from strategy through execution.
• Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical and testing capabilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.
