Cruise Consultant – Luxury Cruise Sales

About the role

An exciting opportunity to join an award‑winning luxury cruise brand as a Cruise Consultant, selling premium and ultra‑luxury cruise holidays to high‑net‑worth clients. You will manage enquiries across phone, online and in‑person, deliver excellent customer service and build a loyal client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Handle new and existing client enquiries and bookings
• Deliver exceptional service throughout the full customer journey
• Build and nurture your own client base via social media and direct outreach
• Create bespoke ATOL packages and sell colleague‑created itineraries
• Run outbound call campaigns to generate leads
• Manage a varied workload and support the wider team
• Attend training, fam trips and client events

Required profile

• Proven luxury cruise sales experience (ideally 2 years)
• Self‑starter who owns their pipeline and generates leads
• Target‑driven with strong closing and upselling abilities

What we offer

• £26,000 base salary plus uncapped commission (OTE up to £60,000)
• 20 days holiday, rising to 25, plus bank holidays

• Monday‑Friday 9 am‑5.30 pm schedule with one Saturday per month
