Cruise Travel Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Cruise Travel Consultant to join a well‑established cruise team within a successful travel company. The role is fully remote (UK‑based) and offers a balanced Monday‑Friday schedule with Saturdays off in lieu and no Sunday work.

Key responsibilities

• Handle phone enquiries from travel agents and provide professional, efficient service.
• Quote cruise holidays and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Promote and sell ancillary products and upgrades to maximise revenue.
• Meet monthly performance targets and maintain up‑to‑date product and brand knowledge.
• Stay informed on company brochures, destinations and cruise offerings.

Required profile

• Minimum 18 months recent experience as a Cruise Specialist selling a broad range of cruises.
• First‑hand cruising experience and ability to package cruises and flights using a GDS.
• Full right to work in the UK and ability to work remotely.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a Global Distribution System (GDS) such as Amadeus or Sabre.
