Cruise Travel Consultant

About the role

Join a well‑established cruise team within a successful Peterborough‑based travel company that offers fully remote working. The role involves handling phone enquiries from travel agents, quoting and converting cruise holidays into bookings, with a focus on a balanced schedule – Monday to Friday with one Saturday day off in lieu and no Sundays.

Key responsibilities

• Take enquiries over the phone from travel agents.
• Ensure calls are dealt with efficiently and professionally.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Quote holidays and convert them into bookings.
• Specialise in cruise holidays.
• Promote and sell ancillary products and upgrades to increase profit.
• Work towards monthly performance targets.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product, brand, brochure and destination knowledge.

Required profile

• Minimum 18 months recent experience as a Cruise Specialist selling a broad range of cruises.
• First‑hand cruising experience and ability to package cruise and flights on a GDS.
• Must be UK based with the right to work for fully remote employment.

What we offer

• Competitive salary up to £28,000 per annum with OTE £33,000‑£35,000.
