About the role
We are seeking a reliable CSCS‑qualified Labourer/Cleaner to join a busy construction site in Oxford. The role involves maintaining a clean, safe environment across welfare facilities and work areas, supporting the site team on a day‑to‑day basis.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and maintain site welfare facilities such as offices, canteens, drying rooms and toilets.
- Sweep work areas and keep the site tidy.
- Collect, remove and dispose of rubbish and waste materials.
- Assist with unloading and moving materials around the site.
- Support tradespeople and site management with general labour tasks.
- Uphold high standards of site cleanliness and safety.
Required profile
- Valid CSCS Labourer Card.
- Manual handling certificate preferred.
- Strong work ethic, reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
Required skills
What we offer
- £13.45 per hour PAYE.
- Full‑time, 10‑hour shifts (08:00‑18:00) with Monday‑Sunday availability.
- Immediate start on a busy construction site.
