Culture & Engagement Manager

About the role

Amcor is seeking a Culture & Engagement Manager to shape the employee experience across its global manufacturing footprint. You will lead the development and execution of culture, inclusion and engagement strategies for more than 8,700 staff in 170 sites, ensuring the company’s purpose, values and behaviours are lived every day.

Key responsibilities

• Design and embed Amcor’s purpose, values and behaviours across all manufacturing sites.
• Develop and implement an Inclusion & Belonging strategy that drives diversity and a sense of community.
• Lead employee engagement programmes for the EMEA region, measuring impact and reporting results to senior leadership.
• Partner with site leaders and functional heads to translate people strategies into measurable business outcomes.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, safety and sustainability throughout the organization.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR, culture transformation or employee engagement within a large, multinational environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to drive change and deliver measurable results.
• Excellent communication and storytelling capabilities.
