About the role

We are seeking a Curriculum Manager for our Construction department at the High Wycombe campus. This senior teaching professional will shape the future of construction education, leading a dedicated team to deliver high‑quality learning experiences for over 5,000 learners each year.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Construction curriculum across the campus, ensuring relevance and excellence.
• Manage, mentor and develop a team of teaching staff.
• Drive student success, curriculum quality and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with lecturers to design and update learning materials.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement best practices.

Required profile

• Level 3 qualification in Construction.
• Qualified teacher (teaching qualification required).
• Previous management or team‑lead experience.
• Strong communication and people‑management skills.
• Passion for education and developing others.
• Full UK driving licence.
