About the role
We are seeking a Curriculum Manager for our Construction department at the High Wycombe campus. This senior teaching professional will shape the future of construction education, leading a dedicated team to deliver high‑quality learning experiences for over 5,000 learners each year.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the Construction curriculum across the campus, ensuring relevance and excellence.
- Manage, mentor and develop a team of teaching staff.
- Drive student success, curriculum quality and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with lecturers to design and update learning materials.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement best practices.
Required profile
- Level 3 qualification in Construction.
- Qualified teacher (teaching qualification required).
- Previous management or team‑lead experience.
- Strong communication and people‑management skills.
- Passion for education and developing others.
- Full UK driving licence.
