Custody Operations Business Manager – Associate

About the role

The Global Custody Operations Business Management team is looking for an Associate to support the delivery and management of operations strategies. Working closely with the Global Head of Custody Operations, you will provide business‑management support across updates, reviews and data analysis for a worldwide organization of over 1,500 colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Organise complex information and analyse data sets to generate insights for senior‑management decision‑making.
• Maintain and track objectives and key results, ensuring alignment with Securities Services Operations strategic priorities.
• Design and execute communication strategies for global town‑halls and keynote events.
• Develop materials for business reviews, strategic sessions and senior CIB forums, incorporating metrics, financial performance and initiative updates.
• Produce ad‑hoc analysis and presentations for senior leaders, conveying key priorities and messaging.
• Drive cross‑line‑of‑business initiatives, including support for the AI Book of Work and broader transformation programmes.

Required profile

• Previous product knowledge or experience in Financial Management, Business Management or a Chief Operating Office function.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with all organisational levels, including senior leadership.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment with multiple assignments and tight deadlines.
• Inquisitive, enthusiastic and diligent, with a willingness to challenge peers.
