Customer Advisor – Azerbaijani (Relocation to Bulgaria)

About the role
You will be the first point of contact for customers of a leading tobacco brand, providing assistance via email, chat and phone. The role focuses on delivering smooth, positive experiences, answering questions clearly and ensuring every customer feels supported.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries through email, live chat and telephone.
- Research customer questions and provide accurate, professional answers.
- Maintain up‑to‑date records in the CRM system.
- Ensure high quality and consistency in all communications.
- Collaborate with team members to meet performance targets.
Required profile
- Excellent communication skills.
- C1 level Azerbaijani (written and spoken).
- Advanced English (written and spoken).
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
- Customer‑oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school education.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Experience using CRM systems.

- Full‑time shifts between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday.
