About the role
Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in the Food department at Rushden Lakes. You will be the front‑line representative of one of the UK’s fastest‑growing retailers, delivering fast, friendly service during early‑morning shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, recommending and selling food products.
- Maintain tidy shelves and ensure product availability.
- Use digital tools such as Sparks and in‑store devices to process transactions and check stock.
- Adapt to different store areas and respond quickly during busy periods.
- Apply the £3.00 per hour unsocial premium for any work between 22:00‑06:00.
Required profile
- At least 18 years old, able to work early‑morning shifts.
- Resilient and able to thrive under pressure.
- Team‑oriented with a positive attitude.
- Flexible to work across various store sections.
Required skills
- Confidence using digital retail tools (e.g., Sparks).
