About the role

Join Morrisons as a Customer Assistant – Online in Derby, working across the store to serve customers in a fast‑paced, structured environment. You will be trained to support various store areas, ensuring customers get what they need, when they need it.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout the store, handling queries and providing friendly service.
• Follow safety procedures and use equipment safely while maintaining store routines.
• Support different store sections as needed, adapting to a busy schedule.

• Helpful and friendly attitude with a passion for customer service.
• Comfortable working in a structured, high‑energy environment.
• Willingness to stay active and perform hands‑on tasks.
