Part‑time Merchandiser – Asda Cwmbran

About the role

CPM is seeking part‑time merchandisers to place point‑of‑sale (POS) and in‑store media at Asda Cwmbran each Thursday. The role pays £14.70 per hour, including holiday pay, and averages 5.5 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Sign in, meet store contacts and locate previously delivered POS.
• Place bollard covers, promotional banners, gondola end displays and other POS in pre‑arranged sections.
• Use a stepladder to install media at height when required.
• Photograph each placement and report completion through an online app.

Required profile

• Available every Thursday for a shift between 6 am and 4 pm.
• Own a smartphone (Android or iOS) to use the reporting app.
• Comfortable lifting and moving POS boxes and working around the store.
• Good communication and relationship‑building skills.

Required skills

• Experience with POS merchandising.
• Ability to navigate and report via a mobile app.
• Willingness to use a stepladder for high placements.
