Customer Assistant - Service, Caerphilly

About the role

Morrisons is recruiting friendly, reliable people to join its team at Castle Court Centre, Bedwas Road, Caerphilly, serving customers across the store. The role is fixed term for 3 months, 8 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, 7am to 9pm, with a closing date of 14 November 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Work across the store in a fast-paced, structured environment with clear routines and timed activities
• Support various parts of the store and help wherever needed
• Serve customers and resolve their queries

Required profile

• Helpful and friendly approach
• Enjoys staying active and being hands-on
• Works well in a busy, structured environment
• Comfortable using equipment safely and following processes
• Passionate about putting customers first
• Over school-leaver age; some roles require being over 18 for health and safety reasons
