Customer Care Representative – Inbound

Are you a compassionate and organised communicator who thrives on helping others? Atos Medical, now part of Coloplast, is a global leader in voice and pulmonary rehabilitation for people living with a neck stoma. We’re looking for a caring and motivated individual to join our inbound Customer Care team in Nottingham, acting as the first point of contact for patients and clinicians.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls, emails, texts and online enquiries.
• Place orders, answer questions and resolve issues in line with service level agreements.
• Identify opportunities to add value and improve overall team performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including field‑based colleagues and clinicians, to ensure a seamless experience.
• Maintain accurate records and handle sensitive information with care.
• Continuously develop knowledge of products and services to provide the best possible support.

Required profile

• Strong customer service background with a passion for excellent customer experiences.
• Empathetic communicator comfortable handling sensitive conversations.
• Highly organised, detail‑focused and able to multitask across multiple systems.
• Positive, resilient and adaptable mindset.
• Experience in a contact centre or medical/pharmaceutical environment is beneficial.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused approach and genuine commitment to supporting patients.
