Customer Experience Advisor

About the role

Join Centrick Limited in Birmingham as a Customer Experience Advisor, where every day brings new opportunities to support our clients and internal teams. You’ll be the first point of contact for telephone and email enquiries, ensuring a high standard of service and accurate record‑keeping.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming telephone enquiries with a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage shared inboxes, promptly categorising and responding to emails.
• Process returned post, update customer records and maintain data accuracy.
• Log and escalate issues that cannot be resolved at first contact.
• Collaborate with internal departments to drive resolution of customer queries.

Required profile

• Warm, friendly and professional communication style.
• Previous telephone‑based customer service experience.
• Customer‑first mindset with a desire to deliver excellent service.
• Strong multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Assertive when liaising with internal colleagues.
