Customer Experience Advisor – Life Sciences (Temp)

About the role

This temporary position supports a well‑established pharmaceutical organisation by delivering high‑quality customer service. It is ideal for a recent Life Sciences graduate looking to transition into an office‑based, client‑facing role.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact across multiple channels, providing consistent and courteous service.
• Log, monitor and resolve customer queries, aiming for first‑contact resolution.
• Escalate complex issues to senior staff and follow up until they are resolved.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the relevant systems.
• Collaborate with colleagues at all levels to gather information and provide comprehensive responses.

Required profile

• Life Sciences degree or related background.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Flexibility to manage fluctuating workloads.
