Customer Experience Advisor – Retail Banking (Belfast)

About the role

Join Santander’s Belfast Royal Avenue branch as a Customer Experience Advisor, providing friendly, knowledgeable service to our retail banking customers. You will work 35 hours per week on a rotating schedule, supporting customers both in‑branch and over the phone.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers in the branch or via telephone.
• Assist with day‑to‑day transactions, queries and service requests.
• Answer inbound calls to the contact centre and provide accurate information.
• Build relationships with customers and identify tailored solutions.
• Develop knowledge of Santander’s products and services to better support clients.
• Identify and suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Flexible and comfortable handling a variety of tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a close‑knit branch team.
• Proactive attitude towards risk management and fraud prevention.
