About the role
Join Santander’s Stirling branch as a Customer Experience Advisor, providing friendly, knowledgeable service to retail banking customers. Working 21 hours per week on a rotating schedule, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, helping them with everyday banking needs.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers in‑branch and over the phone.
- Assist with day‑to‑day transactions, queries and service requests.
- Answer inbound calls to the contact centre and resolve issues promptly.
- Build relationships with customers and identify suitable solutions.
- Develop knowledge of Santander’s products and services to advise customers effectively.
- Identify and suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
Required profile
- Excellent listening and problem‑solving abilities.
- Flexible and comfortable handling a broad range of banking activities.
- Team‑oriented with a willingness to support colleagues in a busy branch environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to risk management.
