About the role
This temporary full‑time position supports a pilot project aimed at improving the accuracy and completeness of customer records. You will work onsite in Oldham, contacting existing customers to verify and update their information while ensuring a professional and empathetic experience.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls using approved scripts to reassure customers about data collection.
- Verify and update confidential customer details accurately.
- Handle sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism.
- Document interactions securely in compliance with GDPR and internal policies.
- Maintain and validate customer records ensuring data protection standards.
Required profile
- Excellent verbal communication and ability to reassure customers.
- Empathetic and calm demeanor when discussing sensitive information.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliability in following structured processes.
Required skills
- Proficiency in using call handling software and data entry systems.
- Understanding of GDPR and data protection principles.
