Customer Experience Specialist – UK & Ireland

About the role

As a Customer Experience Specialist at Treatwell, you will be the first point of contact for our UK and Ireland salon partners. Working from our central London hub, you’ll provide top‑tier support via phone, live chat and email, helping partners grow their businesses while maintaining our brand reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to business partners across multiple communication channels.
• Build rapport and resolve issues quickly, providing accurate product and policy information.
• Document all interactions in Salesforce and meet KPI targets for response, resolution and satisfaction.
• Collect and relay partner feedback to internal teams for continuous product improvement.
• Support partner salons with advice to help them expand.
• Coordinate with Partner Success teams on account queries and updates.

Required profile

• Active listener with strong empathy for partners and customers.
• Clear, personable communication style, both written and verbal.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Team player thriving in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive, proactive mindset and available Monday‑Friday.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce for logging communications.
